- Sophomore Jaycie Vohs competes in the women's 3000-meter run
- Bears will run in the Cyclone Open on February 6
Two members of the DMACC women's track & field team, sophomores Ava Manning of Des Moines and Jaycie Vohs of Galva, ran in the Washburn Open January 30 and 31 at Topeka, Kan.
Manning ran in the women's 5000-meter run and finished 22nd with a time of 18 minutes, 44 seconds.
Vohs competed in the women's 3000-meter run and placed 33rd with a time of 10:52.
The DMACC women's track & field team will run in the Cyclone Open Feb. 6 at Ames.
